Problem
The injury rate on the rise

Yoga has become popular in recent years. It’s not only a fitness trend but also help to release stress. However, yoga can cause serious injuries while practiced without caution.

Lack of motivation for consistent practice

Yoga is a healthy fitness lifestyle. usually practiced with soft, gentle music to create a meditative atmosphere. However, beginners might lose interest after a while. .

Can't have real-time feedback

The yoga instructor usually teaches multiple students at the same time and can’t provide feedback for each individual student in class.

Real-time notification

YogAR provides real-time notification while practing yoga. When users practice with improper alignment, they will receive real-time notification from their mobile device.

Various practice mode

YogAR is an interactive application. It provides various practice mode based on users preference such as gaming mode, fitness mode in order to increase the motivation for a consistent practice

One - one practice experience

YogAR provides multiple instructor options to fulfil every users’ needs. Users can practice with the selected instructor, simulating a one - one practice experience.
